With whom may we share your personal information?

T2inc.ca protects your personal information
When collecting confidential information, Solution Incorporation T2 inc. ensures that only employees authorized have access to your information and that they are fully aware of all Solution Incorporation T2 inc. obligations regarding the confidentiality of personal information.
This may include personnel assigned to mandate production, marketing activities, customer service, information technology, business intelligence and the legal department.
You can be assured that they will not disclose your personal information to third parties, except as required by law or as necessary for the purposes of the mandate.
In addition, Solution Incorporation T2 inc. takes care to monitor and ensure compliance with security measures. To increase the security of information transfer, the website operated by Solution Incorporation T2 inc. uses SSL protocol to protect the transmission of your data online.
We also prefer to send documents via secure links to our customers, employees and stakeholders. Our employees and stakeholders are required to use complex passwords, to use a password management tool, to use password-protected computer equipment accessible only by them, and to use a two-factor authentication system when connecting to our systems that have access to your confidential information.
In addition, all of our employees and stakeholders who have access to confidential information in the course of their duties have signed a confidentiality agreement with Solution Incorporation T2 inc.

Third Party Applications and Storage of Your Personal Information

Security Incident Management and Disclosure Policy
Solution Incorporation T2 inc. has established incident procedures in order to respond appropriately and quickly to security issues that could jeopardize the confidentiality and/or protection of private and confidential information:
- Rapid response to alerts.
- Assess the severity of the alert (potential incident).
- Make appropriate corrections (if necessary) to mitigate risks.
- Communicate with our customers and the Quebec Access to Information Commission within 24 hours if there is a risk of serious harm. In turn, our clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Collecting and archiving data for future reference.
- Once the incident is under control, a more accurate diagnosis of the source of the problem is made in order to resolve the security issue on a more permanent basis and prevent a similar incident from recurring.
In the event of an incident involving a subcontractor or Solution Incorporation T2 Inc. employee, the information will be reported to you within 24 hours.
What rights do you have regarding your information?
Right of access and rectification
You may request access to your personal information held by Solution Incorporation T2 inc. in accordance with the law.
If your personal information is inaccurate, incomplete or equivocal, or if its collection, communication or retention is not authorized by law, you may request that it be corrected, following the same procedure as for requesting access.

It may take up to 30 days to respond to your request, and we will inform you of any legal restrictions.
Right to withdraw your consent
You may request to withdraw your consent to our use of your personal information.
However, withdrawing your consent may mean that we will no longer be able to provide you with certain services, such as tax returns for your business. Otherwise, we will inform you of the consequences of withholding consent in our request for consent.
